Kylie & Damien Dicieri, husband and wife team, Directors of Hearing Aid Specialists SA. Kylie & Damien are very passionate about their industry and together have almost 30 years of experience between them.
Kylie is a 3rd generation Clinician in the hearing industry and Damien is a 2nd generation Clinician in the hearing industry.
Being a family owned and independent South Australia business is very important to Hearing Aid Specialists SA and their clients.
Kylie Dicieri is a Director and Senior Audiologist of Hearing Aid Specialists SA. She graduated with a Certificate IV in Audiometry in 2003 from TAFE NSW, she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (double major in Marketing & International Business) at Flinders University in 2007, and graduated with a Masters of Audiology at Flinders University in 2009.
Kylie is a government accredited Senior Audiologist holding a Qualified Practitioner (QP) number with the Hearing Services Program (HSP). She has practiced as a Clinician for 16 years in the Hearing Care Industry in South Australia, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Kylie holds Fellowship of the Australian College of Audiology (ACAud), and has been a member of ACAud since 2002. She also is registered as an Accredited Audiologist with Audiology Australia (AudA), and has been a member of AudA since 2009.
Damien Dicieri is a Director and Senior Audiometrist of Hearing Aid Specialists SA. He graduated with a Certificate IV in Audiometry in 2002 from TAFE NSW, and graduated with a Bachelor of Audiometry in 2012 from University of New England.
Damien is a government accredited Senior Audiometrist holding a Qualified Practitioner (QP) number with the Hearing Services Program (HSP). He has practiced as a Clinician for 17 years in the Hearing Care Industry in South Australia, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Damien holds Full Membership of the Australian College of Audiology (ACAud), and has been a member of ACAud since 2003.
Sara first qualified as a hearing aid dispenser in 1987 in the UK, and then became a Member of the Hearing Aid Council in 1988. In 2004, after a break from audiology, she qualified with the British Academy of Audiology and worked for the National Health Service until she emigrated to Australia in 2009.
Sara is a government accredited Audiometrist holding a Qualified Practitioner (QP) number with the Hearing Services Program. She has practised as a clinician for over 21 years in the Hearing Care industry in the UK and in Adelaide for the last 10 years. Sara holds full membership of the Australian College of Audiology.
Pauline started working with Angus & Coote hearing aids in October 1976 as a sweet 16 year old, where she worked for 12 years full time. Pauline married her husband Dave in 1982 and together they have two daughters. Pauline returned to part time work at Hearing Aids Specialists SA in January 1993. Having been in the hearing industry as a CSO for over 40 years, Pauline has seen many changes within the hearing industry.
Pauline enjoys working with our clients – many who have become friends with her over a long period of time, who happily share their family news with her. Pauline has just become a first time Nani to baby Ella who was born in June.
Diana Herbert (who likes to be called Di), married in 1983 to Alan Herbert and have 1 daughter Anneliese in 1991, who now lives in Melbourne. Apart from living in Melbourne for 5 years Di has always made our home in Adelaide. Di left Annesley College in 1976 and then got a job in Telecom where I worked in the IT and Logistics area for 12 years.
Di joined Hearing Aid Specialists in 1996 as CSO and job share this position with her friend Pauline for the last 23 years. Di has seen lots of great changes to the Company and to the Industry along the way and still loves her job.
Di’s husband recently retired and they downsized their family home so I have plenty of spare time to enjoy all her friends and activities they do.
Tracy started as a 16 yrs old straight out of business college at Angus & Coote Hearing Care Centre and worked there for 8 ½ years as a Customer Service Officer/Clinician. She then moved across to Hearing Aid Specialists SA where she worked for 4yrs as a Customer Service Officer before coming a mum to a beautiful daughter.
Tracy did several part time jobs and once her daughter started school began working in a Childcare centre and was there for 5 yrs where she completed a diploma whilst working fulltime. Tracy then started with L J Hooker Corporate for 8 yrs working as a Regional Customer Officer with 51 offices in SA/NT, then moved on working with L J Hooker Modbury/Walkerville as a Property Manager for 4 yrs.
Tracy is now back with Hearing Aid Specialists SA and have been working for nearly 3yrs as the Client Service Officer at our Ingle Farm Branch. Tracy is loving working back in the industry and will be here till she retires.
Jeni obtained a Diploma of Business Studies after high school based in Melbourne, Victoria. Prior to having her first child she worked in a public library for 2 years.
She commenced employment at Sensis in 2001 where she remained for 11 years in a variety of different positions. These included prepping clerk, team leader in the leads department and market analyst in the canvass planning department.
Jeni then relocated to Adelaide and raised a further 3 children. She is now thoroughly enjoying her role as CSO with Hearing Aid Speciliasts SA. She is mainly based at our Ingle Farm Shopping Centre clinic, however she does cover our other clinics also.
Sue has been a CSO in Hearing Industry in Adelaide for over 35 years.
During these years Sue has been privileged to help assist our Audiologists and Audiometrists help those with hearing loss to hear again. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone isolated through hearing loss to re-engage again with family, friends and grandchildren.
Being in a family business and feeling valued by helping others makes Sue want to keep working forever. Sue works in the North Adelaide clinic and would love for you to pop in a say hello anytime!
